Handmade wooden box, decorated in custom style, for future retrofitting and internal partitioning. Can be retrofitted in our craft shop by Your layout and requirement to lining (for extra pay). Two or three tiers inner construction is available (for extra pay).

In this model the lid is decorated by 3D letters and symbols, built into the plate, colored in original manufacturer`s colors (blue and orange). Sides are decorated by engraved pattern of trees and vintage company logo on face side. Inner side of the lid is decorated by engraving of factory`s tree brand (original view).

Inside the bottom is lined by blue real leather.

Possible dimensions of a box is limited by 600mm/23.5in (one or each side). In this limitation You can order any kind of box with any outer and inner designs.

MATERIALS:

PLYWOOD

The box is produced of moisture resistant plywood 4 and 6 mm thick, connected by box joint. Professional water resistant glue (water resistance class - D4) is used for gluing parts. ALL wooden details of the box are treated with special waterproof mastic based on natural wax.

LEATHER OR FABRIC

Bottom can be lined by real leather or fabric - by Your choice.

METAL HARDWARE

Box is equipped by hinges with lid stay. Locking (option) - two draw latches. Color of fittings is "OLD BRASS".

Extra option: to avoid corrosion and to add noble view to the box can be equipped by box corners made of cartridge brass (C27400).

SERVICE:

To give a wooden detail a noble gloss, just wipe them with a soft cloth without a long nap moistened with furniture care products (Pronto with wax or similar). Skin care is a colorless shoe cream.
